Phoenix guarantees for Rust: paused subscription time and human support
In private Rust software nobody can promise "always works" — the game updates every Thursday, force wipe once a month, EAC keeps tightening protection. Phoenix has been running since 2015 and has lived through dozens of those rollouts. After every ban wave we came back with a rewritten bypass — hence the name.
If EAC starts catching our cheat, the product automatically moves to "frozen" status right on the Rust ESP or Rust Chams card. New purchases close at that moment. For active subscribers an important mechanic kicks in: the day counter freezes for the downtime. We do not "credit bonus days" — we simply stop burning paid time while the product is down. Once the bypass is rewritten and the product is back in service, the counter resumes from the same mark. No support tickets needed for this — it is fully automatic.
Support runs through Telegram. Active roughly 10:00–22:00 Moscow time, often at night too if we are at the keyboard. A request widget sits on the site — we read those too and handle them. VK is news and announcements only, no tech support there, do not waste time messaging on VK. Before purchase you can ask anything — about Windows build, a specific Rust server, the difference between ESP and Chams. After payment we help with key activation in the launcher and the first launch.
