User guide for PUBG Spoofer

After payment is confirmed, your email receives an activation key and a link to the Phoenix launcher.

Download the launcher from the link in the email, open it, paste the activation key and press "Start". The launcher prepares the system on its own — no manual registry edits or extra utilities needed.

Launch PUBG from Steam as usual. If you previously had a "BattlEye Banned" message, the game will now enter the lobby. After shutdown or reboot of the PC — repeat the procedure before the next session.

HWID ban after a cheat detection

The most common cause. Anti-cheat catches suspicious activity, sends data to the server, a ban wave rolls out some time later. The account gets blocked and the PC data lands on the blacklist. Creating a new account does not help — you can change a Steam account but not the computer.

HWID ban by link with another account

If another account that got banned logged into your PC earlier, BattlEye can close a new session via the link with that PC. Especially relevant for a second account in the family or after buying a used computer.

False positive from the anti-cheat

Rare but it happens — the anti-cheat flags a clean player. Proving innocence through game support is possible but slow. The spoofer closes the issue immediately, with no PUBG support back-and-forth.
