NeacSafe in Marvel Rivals does not store a single ban marker but a whole set. Inside — the HWID hash (a system fingerprint), serial numbers of physical disks (the boot SSD especially), the network card MAC and the motherboard UUID. After a hardware ban, trying to start a new account and connect to Marvel Rivals from the same PC means an automatic block, because a single match in that list reads as "the banned player is back".
